Programme

The cross country season is run as a series of Host Days culminating in the Cross Country Championships. Little Athletics Centre's from around the metropolitan and country regions host a meet thereby providing a variety of environments, surfaces and conditions. Each host provides change room/toilet facilities, BBQ/canteen and is responsible for the conduct of the competition. The day is intended as a family fun and fitness occasion with special events for the parents and the family.
