The facilities can be hired for parties, sporting events (including equipment hire), school events etc.

Oval
Bulkana Oval is a grass oval. As an athletics venue it consists of:
- Circular grass track configured as a six (6) lane 385m track. Note: Expandable to eight lanes.
- Straight grass track configured as an eight (8) lane 100m track with electronic timing gates.
- Four (4) Long Jump/Triple Jump pits with synthetic runway.
- One (1) permanent concrete Discus ring with mesh net.
- One (1) permanent concrete Shot Put ring.
- Two (2) temporary grass Discus rings with removable stop board and string net.
- Two (2) temporary grass Shot Put rings with removable stop board.
- Four (4) temporary grass High Jump bays.

Clubroom
The Clubroom Manager manages the our facilities and is responsible for repairs and cleaning. The Clubroom Manager also handles bookings for use of the facility by the general public or other organisations.
Hall
The L-shaped Hall is the main feature of the clubroom. It includes tables and chairs with a capacity of approximately 150 people
The Hall features:
- Air-conditioning and heating
- Tables and chairs
- Large screen TV/entertainment system
Kitchenette/Canteen
The kitchenette and attached storeroom include the following features:
- External serving window
- Serving counter
- Large 2 door glass fronted refridgerator
- Two (2) refridgerators
- 240L Chest Freezer
- Two (2) 175L Upright Freezers
- Induction Cooktop
- Large capacity oven
- Pie Warmer
- Bain Marie
- Coffee machine
- Display Shelves
- Cupboards
- Sink
A canteen serving food and drinks is open during all Track & Field competitions. Assistance is required to run the canteen and a roster is established for parents to assist.
A BBQ is also run for at various times during the Track & Field season.
Changerooms
The following changeroom facilities are provided.
- Male Toilets and Showers
- Female Toilets and Showers
- Disabled Toilet
Equipment Room
The equipment room is a large storage area for all our athletics equipment, shelters, line marking equipment etc.
Access is via two external roller doors.
Office/Committee Room
The Office/Committee Room is used for storage of records and for the conduct of committee meetings.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium includes a mix of free weights and machines:
- Exercise mats (6)
- Bench press (1)
- Dumbells (4)
- Squat Support Rack
- Squat Machine
- Leg Press Machine
- Leg Extension Machine
- Upright Row Machine
- Deadlift Trap Bar
- Pec Deck Machine
- Exercise Bike
- Stepper
- Smith Machine
There are also additional benches, weights and machines.
Little athletes are only permitted in the gymnasium under parent/coach supervision.
The gymnasium is named in honour of Eric Matthews.
The TTGAC is an incorporated body under the South Australian Associations Incorporation Act 1985:

The TTGAC was first incorporated in October 1978.
The TTG Athletics Centre is governed in accordance with it's constitution.
